1. Clean shed

Clean shed, also known as dust-free clean shed/purification clean shed/100-level clean shed/1,000-level clean shed/10,000-level clean shed, is a small space surrounded by transparent plastic sheets to prevent static electricity in the turbulent cleanroom space. , using independent HEPA or ULPA and air-conditioning blower units to become a relatively clean space, its level is 100~10000, the height of the internal space is about 2.0 meters, and the coverage area is about 50m2 or less. The four pillars can be equipped with movable wheels. For flexible use, it can be used with an air shower room.

2. Clean shed materials:

There are generally three types of frames for clean sheds: stainless steel square tubes, iron square tubes, and aluminum profiles.

There are generally three types of materials for the top of a clean shed: stainless steel plate, cold-rolled steel plate sprayed with plastic, anti-static mesh curtain, and (anti-static) acrylic plate.
For the clean air supply part, FFU laminar flow hood (FFU laminar flow air supply unit) is generally selected.
The enclosure materials of clean sheds generally include: anti-static curtains, (anti-static) acrylic panels.

3. Selection of purification level of clean shed:

A relatively large number of customers will choose class 1000 clean booths or class 10000 clean booths, while a small number of customers will choose class 100 or class 10000 clean booths. In short, the choice of clean shed level depends on the customer's need for cleanliness. However, because the clean shed is relatively airtight, choosing a lower level clean shed will often bring about some side effects: if the cooling capacity is insufficient, employees will feel stuffy in the clean booth, so you need to pay attention to this when actually communicating with customers.

4. Cost comparison between clean shed and cleanroom:

Generally speaking, most customers will build a clean shed in a clean room, but some customers do not want to build a separate cleanroom. If the clean shed does not consider air conditioning systems, air showers, transfer windows and other purification equipment, The cost of a clean shed is about 40% to 60% of the cost of a cleanroom, depending on the customer's choice of clean shed materials and the size of the clean shed. The larger the area that needs to be cleaned, the smaller the cost difference between a clean shed and a cleanroom will be.

5. Advantages of clean shed:

A. Fast construction and easy installation;

B. Lower cost and easy maintenance;
C. Easy to control, each FFU comes with its own fan;

6. Disadvantages of clean shed:

A. Due to the extensive use of FFU fan filter units, the noise in the clean shed may be relatively loud;

B. FFU has its own fans, with many fans and high frequency of maintenance;
C. Due to the air supply in the space, the clean shed often feels stuffy;
