3. Send our team aboard for face to face discussion if needed;
1.Arrange for production once receive the order and deposit
2.Keep full record for the component and system especially for spare parts
3.Keep customer posted on the production status and shipping information
1. Send our team on site for installation,commission and maintenance;
2. Full training system to make sure the customer run the machine properly;
3. Usually one year warranty; and service for life lone.
4. Response to buyer’s contact within 2 hours. Arrange maintenance person to reach the site within 24 hours, and 48 hours at the latest.
