The non PVC soft bag IV solution filling machine is mainly used for manufacturing Non-PVC soft bag packaged I.V. infusion products, like normal saline(also known as Sodium chloride), glucose, Glucose sodium chloride, etc. The soft bag iv solution manufacturing plant can automatically complete the procedures of film opening, printing, bag-making, liquid filling, cap feeding, cap welding, sealing and bag out putting. The soft bag form fill seal machine can also be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as soft bag-feeding, sterilizing, leak-checking, lamp-checking and finish the whole production of soft bag I.V solution.

Material

All steel components contacting the liquid solution are made of stainless steel 316L. Other parts in contact with the product, such as hoses and gaskets, are made of non-toxic materials. No chemical reaction occurs with the liquid. They can withstand the disinfection temperature of 125°C. They do not emit particles. They are anti-wear, anti-aging and do not deform. All other components are of various quality stainless steel. All materials conform to Chinese industrial standard.
