Clean room air shower is a highly versatile partial purification device installed in the passage of clean room and non-clean room, used to reduce the pollution problems caused by entering and leaving the clean room. When people or goods need to enter the clean area, they must be sprayed and showered in this equipment. The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people or goods, and can effectively prevent or reduce dust from entering the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower are electronically interlocked and act as air locks to prevent un-purified air from entering the clean area.
1.The outer box can be made of 304 stainless steel or steel plate; dimensions can be customized.
2.Photoelectric control, automatic blowing;
3.Circulating wind design to ensure the cleanliness of the air shower area in the non-blowing state;
4.Double doors with electronic interlock, automatic sliding door optional;
5.Accepting special design and customization by users, it can be made into negative pressure type and explosion proof type air shower room;
6.Optional static elimination device;
7.We can undertake special design of air brake type and buffer type;
8.The system can switch between automatic and manual, and can set parameters such as shower time.
